Karen Kobelski, general manager for BizFilings, formulates the policies and directs the operations of BizFilings. Prior to her start at BizFilings, Kobelski has built up 19 years of experience in fields ranging from Information Technology/Management Consulting to Vice President of Revenue Assurance and Business Operations. Kobelski has a track record of streamlining business operations and raising operating profits. As general manager of BizFilings, she has been featured on Lifetime Television’s The Balancing Act and has been published in Business Week. At BizFilings, Kobelski has spearheaded significant enhancements to the registered agent program including the additions of company status monitoring and customized compliance alerts. She has also launched new TV and radio advertising campaigns with a new BizFilings message: “Incorporate Your Dream”. In her last position as Vice President of Business Operations with CT Corporation, Kobelski implemented a Data Cleansing program that led to a significant increase in customer retention for a $400 million company. Kobelski is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science degree in languages magna cum laude. She holds a MBA from Harvard University.
