Tom Pitegoff helps companies launch and operate franchise businesses. He drafts franchise agreements and disclosure documents, handles franchise registrations, and provides ongoing franchise compliance counseling. He also provides general counsel services. Tom is Chair of the Franchise, Distribution, and Licensing Committee of the NYS Bar Association's Business Law Section and a member of the section's Executive Committee. He served on the Governing Committee of the ABA's Forum on Franchising and as an editor of the Franchise Law Journal. He was named a "Legal Eagle" by Franchise Times Magazine and was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers as one of the top attorneys in the New York metro area in the field of franchising.
