SBA Loan Analyst (Midtown West)

Job Description

The primary function of the SBA Loan Analyst is to ensure the timely and accurate packaging of all SBA loans originated through our web platform or through referral partners.


  • Gather information and take each lead from pre-qualification to closing
  • Input proper loan information into the system for processing
  • Responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified and complies with company policy
  • Review file documentation and make sure all items needed are requested
  • Order and coordinate loan documents
  • Meet crucial deadlines requested
  • Perform any additional duties/activities assigned by management


  • Must be highly organized
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Should be familiar with SBA Loan requirements, credit scores/reports, DTI, LTV, tax returns, and financial statements
  • Must Have Significant Experience with SBA 7a, SLA and 504 Programs
  • Minimum 2 years experience at a financial institution and worked in Small Business Lending
  • Minimum Associate's degree
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite and web savvy
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
