Pennsylvania is just one of the many states in the union that is relishing the success of companies that are owned by females.
All across the country, women-owned businesses are making major strides, according to the second annual report produced by Biz2Credit.com. In its study of 10,000 small companies that applied for funding, Biz2Credit.com revealed that on the average, the earnings of businesses that are owned by females rose 54 percent.
The average credit score for women-owned businesses in Pennsylvania was 602. It is significant because applicants for small business funding who have scores below 600 find it extremely difficult to secure bank loans and often have to resort to high interest loans from cash advance companies.
Men-owned companies do own an advantage with an average revenue figure of $109,520, which dominates the women-owned companies’ total average of $81,281.
