Try not to micromanage, and give your employees a chance to learn and grow. You’ll be there to provide guidance along the way. 4. Check in with Employees
A good boss is a communicative boss. Always check in on your employees and find out what they’re working on, what they’re excited for, and what goals they have for their futures at the company.
