Also, interact with what users are saying. Thank them for kind words and let them know you are paying attention. The same goes for negative comments. If there is a problem and you do not know about it until it is spread on social media, make it right. Apologize and offer some sort of restitution. If the information is false or the story is different, give your side and still offer to make it right as much as possible.
Do not argue openly. If there was nothing you could have done or could do, write a simple message such as: “We are so sorry and hope you will give us another chance. Drop by anytime to discuss this further.” You can’t please everyone. Don’t draw additional attention to a bad situation. Of course, do your best to make sure there are no bad comments to be made in the first place. Great products and great service should be your first priority.
