Russ Shumaker

Russ Shumaker is an innovative business leader with board room experience on insight teams ranging from agency startups to nonprofits and global enterprises, including managing a $250M portfolio. He completed his MBA at Pepperdine University with an emphasis on marketing, strategy, and organizational development and has an MA from Fuller Graduate School. He currently serves as President of On Belay Management Consulting.
