Rohit Arora
Rohit Arora is the CEO and co-founder of Biz2Credit and is responsible for
driving Biz2Credit to its leadership position. Rohit is often quoted on small business lending by
major news media, including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Entrepreneurs,
American Banker, CNNMoney, MSNBC, Inc., and the Washington Post.
Rohit was named Crain's NY Business "Entrepreneur of the Year 2011". He holds a
Masters in International Business from Columbia University and an Engineering degree from India.
Ramit Arora
President and Co-Founder
Ramit Arora is the President and co-founder of Biz2Credit and heads the
company's credit and sales operations. He has 10+ years of experience in financial services with
Citibank and Xerox, and has considerable experience in risk management.
He holds a bachelor's degree in business management and master's in accounting.
Vineet Tyagi
Vineet Tyagi is the Global Chief Technology Officer at Biz2Credit. He has over
25+ years of rich & diverse experience specializing in Digital Transformation, Big Data, Data
Science, Artificial Intelligence & Analytics. He has deep understanding in building large
scale data driven products & has led several transformation initiatives at large BFSIs
globally.
Prior to joining Biz2Credit, Vineet was the CTO and Head of Innovation Lab for
Impetus technologies. Vineet is a recognized industry leader in the area of AI, Big Data &
disruptive innovation and a frequent speaker at international technology conferences. He is a part
of NASSCOM SME Council, Northern Regional Council where he chairs the SIG on Technology and he
also serves on the Steering Committee of 10000 Startup program.
Vineet holds a Masters in Consultancy Management from BITS Pilani and Bachelors
in Computer Engineering from NSIT, Delhi.
Jonathan Gitlin
Jonathan Gitlin has been Biz2Credit's Principal Corporate Counsel since June
2008 and its General Counsel since 2011. Jonathan has extensive corporate, transactional and IP
experience, including 8 years with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and 3 years as Winstar New
Media's Chief Legal Officer.
Jonathan holds a J.D. and LL.M. in Corporate Law from the New York University
School of Law and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. summa cum laude from Colorado College.
Debbie Kemp
Debbie is the Global Chief People Officer at Biz2Credit. She has over 30 years
of global experience crossing investment banking/securities, telecommunication, media, ecommerce,
and executive recruiting industries. She has served in an executive level at companies such as
Branded, MediaCom, Bankrate, and Velocity. Debbie specializes in creating and delivering people
strategies in fast-paced environments, enabling business growth and driving operational excellence
She believes in making a difference in the world through initiatives that help
people, whether meeting the basic essentials, or helping them achieve their potential through
coaching,
Debbie’s career is complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Communications
degree from the University of Kansas. She is an active member of Until There are Nine an advisor
to St. Francis, Pinnacle, and CICA.
Daniel Lageman
Daniel is a veteran Compliance Professional specializing in all aspects of
regulatory compliance within the financial services industry. Prior to joining Biz2Credit as Chief
Compliance Officer, Daniel served as Chief Compliance Officer of Marketplace Lending at Cross
River Bank where he was responsible for ensuring that the Bank’s numerous online lending partners
remained compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prior to Cross River Bank, Daniel was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley’s
Private Bank in its Mortgage Compliance department. Prior to his work in Compliance, Daniel was a
practicing attorney with prestigious law firms including Latham & Watkins, Locke Lord, and
Reed Smith. His area of expertise was financial services litigation. Daniel obtained his Juris
Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and a BBA from James Madison University.
Shaurya Kabra
Shaurya Kabra is a seasoned risk management professional with over 14 years of
experience across credit and fraud risk, data analytics, product innovation, and business strategy
in both consumer and commercial lending. He has a proven record of building and leading
high-performing teams, delivering impact through effective risk mitigation, scalable solutions,
and sustainable growth.
Most recently, Shaurya led credit risk at Current, a leading U.S. neobank,
where he built, scaled, and managed all credit and liquidity products from the ground up. Prior to
that, he served as a consulting leader to American Express through EXL, partnering with Chief
Credit Officers and other senior executives to design new risk strategies, capabilities and
oversee end-to-end risk management across five non-card commercial lending portfolios. Earlier in
his career, he worked in PwC’s Advisory practice, supporting top U.S. banks, and contributed
significantly to the development of PwC’s trademarked products Financial Services Demand Estimator
and Experience Radar.
Shaurya holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Engineering from IIT Delhi,
along with a minor in Business Management. Outside of work, he is an avid traveler who enjoys
following cricket, kayaking, and playing chess occasionally.
Brad Rosenfeld
Brad Rosenfeld is a seasoned marketing and growth executive with more than two
decades of experience leading B2B SaaS and fintech organizations through rapid scale, global
expansion, and IPO readiness. As Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Biz2Credit
and Biz2X, Brad is driving the company’s next stage of growth—advancing its leadership in embedded
finance, modern lending, and AI-powered financial technology.
He is responsible for shaping Biz2Credit’s brand and growth strategy, expanding
enterprise adoption of the Biz2X AI platform, and positioning the organization for long-term value
creation across both its SaaS and financial services businesses.
Renowned for transforming marketing into a strategic growth engine, Brad has
built award-winning brands, scalable demand generation frameworks, and go-to-market systems that
have propelled companies beyond $400M in revenue. His approach integrates data, creativity, and
strategic alignment between marketing, product, and sales to accelerate measurable business
impact.
A graduate of Columbia Business School, Brad continues to lecture there on
strategic marketing and innovation. He is also a recognized thought leader in AI, embedded
finance, and digital transformation, contributing regularly to Forbes, Fast Company, and
Entrepreneur, and serving as a member of the Wall Street Journal CMO Council.
