Biz2Credit Helps Gas Station Owner Finance A 7-Eleven

Sayed Hasnain, Manager of KBH Realty, has acquired four gas stations in the past year. But, according to him, on paper he has nothing to do with it!

"My wife is actually the owner of KBH Realty," says Hasnain, chuckling. "I am the Manager, so technically I am responsible for everything, while she takes the profit!"

Biz2Credit initially assisted Hasnain, who has been in business since 2016, by funding a 75% loan-to-value bridge loan, with a term of 24 months. The transaction was completed within about 30 days, allowing Hasnain (and his wife) to take full advantage of all the buying opportunities that were cropping up.

"I am now in the process of acquiring a 7-Eleven," says Hasnain, which will bring him to a total of five Commercial Real Estate acquisitions in the past year.

But despite his success, Hasnain knows that the market can be a tough place.

"The Commercial Real Estate world can be risky," says Hasnain. "When presented with the opportunity for a potential acquisition, you often second guess your decisions."

Hasnain has found time and again that he is able to turn to Biz2Credit Sales Manager and Real Estate Expert, Shawn, for help. In fact, Hasnain's relationship with Biz2Credit has gone above and beyond that of just the traditional client and solution provider. He considers Biz2Credit to be like family.

"I have found that other small business loan providers are not very caring," says Hasnain. "But not Biz2Credit. They treated me like a family member from the start, and have been there to support and guide me throughout the process."

Biz2Credit CEO Rohit Arora regularly emails Hasnain, encouraging him along his Commercial Real Estate journey. And Hasnain knows he is able to call Shawn for advice anytime a new opportunity presents itself. But, according to Hasnain, where Biz2Credit really stands out among other CRE loan providers is in their efforts to serve the community as a whole.

"Biz2Credit is not just assisting small business owners with credit," says Hasnain. "They are actually helping the entire community by being so sincere and vigilant about financing. I feel as if words don't do the company justice in describing how much they have done for both myself and the small business community. They supported my passion, and helped me take the first step. And they have done the same for countless others."
